RATED: 7 STARS
Spoiler Review:
Tintin is one of the best animations this year! Full of action, mystery, drama, and nail-biting suspense - perfect! Tintin gets captured on to a ship, by the mysterious man wanting to buy the Unicorn - Mr. Sakharine. Tintin finds out that Mr. Sakharine has the first scroll (which you find in the ship model), and Tintin has the second. The ship is on its way to Morocco, where the third scroll in the third Unicorn is to be found. The film is great, and I can't wait for the sequel, but there were a few flaws. One major thing, was that Tintin appears as such a young boy, 11 or 12 at least. But even though he appears this young, he seems to be able to fly a plane, drive, ride a motorbike,he lives alone, carries a gun, and is an experienced journalist. Other than that, Tintin is an absolute favourite! If your going to watch a movie this weekend, than watch Tintin!

Mew Mew Power: Berry

Berry Shirayuki is the 6th Mew Mew (only in the manga Tokyo Mew Mew a la mode). Her mother died when Berry was five, so she was very upset. Her friend, Tasuku Meuro hugged her and now he hugs her everyday.

Berry is now twelve years old. She goes to a private, all-girls school which she worked hard to get into (though she admitted that the real reason she wanted to attend that particular school was because they had "cute" school uniforms). She must take a daily, hour-long journey on the subway to get there. After her first day of school, Berry almost falls down a set of stairs, but was saved by Elliot, who caught her. He then invited her to Café Mew Mew and she accepted his invite and went there to admire the treats that were being displayed.

Later, Elliot caught Berry by surprise and she fell into a pastry display. She ran away, and went through a DNA infusion machine, which merged her DNA with that of two endangered animals: The Amami Black Rabbit and the Andes Mountain Cat. She passed out after that and when she awoke, she was given R2003, a robot she nicknamed Ucha, by Ryou. Zoey, the former leader of the Mew Mews, is absent for most of this series because she is visiting England to study endangerd animals with her boyfriend Mark. During her absence, Berry takes over as the temporary leader of the Mew Mews in chapter four.
As Berry meets the Mew Mews, she is also introduced to the new villains, who call themselves the Saint Rose Crusaders. Ucha gives Berry guidance and transforms into the unnamed staff Berry uses to fight. As the "second strongest" Mew Mew, Berry becomes the primary target of the Saint Rose Crusaders. They hypnotise the city of Tokyo, but Berry has realised she is in love with her childhood friend Tasuku, who still hugs her every day. Her feelings for him confused her until she was able to come to terms with her them. Together, Tasuku and Berry used their warm feelings of love to release the city's citizens from the Saint Rose Crusaders hypnotism. At the end of the series, Berry and Tasuku are still a couple, the "lovebirds” of the café, and work side-by-side as the cafe's new door-to-door delivery service.

Mew Mew Power

Mew Mew Power is a manga and anime about a girl called Zoey. She soon finds out that she has a supernatural powers, of a cat! Eliot, and his partner Wesley, two men who have been researching aliens that want to reclaim earth. Using their devices they find Zoey, and she joins them to fight aliens.
Zoey:
Zoey is the leader of the band of girls who's DNA was also merged with other animals called Mew Mew Power. She must lead the girls on missions to save Earth, while trying to maintain a normal life. Since Zoey was the first Mew Mew to be dicovered, she is the Leader. Her weapons are Strawberry Bell, Rose Bell, Strawberry Sceptre, and her attacks are Strawberry Bell Full Power, Rose Bell Full Power, Strawberry Sceptre and Blue Aqua Drops. Out of the group she is the strongest at fighting the extra-terrestrial aliens. Zoey Hanson is a weird girl with a passion for pink, and a heartfull of drama!
                      Corina:
Corina Bucksworth is a young ballet dancer who, although rich, doesn't have many friends (mainly to do with the fact that she is stubborn and makes others do work for her). Her parents are away from home a lot and her brother is very occupied with his studies, leaving Corina alone quite a bit. Corina is a blue-blood heiress. When Corina first met Zoey, she rejected Zoey friendship. However, a bit later on, when Zoey saves Corina's puppy Miki, Corina accepts Zoey's friendship on the inside, even if she doesn't show it on the outside. Corina's DNA was infused with a Blue Lorikeet. Her weapon is a Heart Bow and her attack is Heart Arrow. Corina Bucksworth is part blue-blood heiress, part Blue Lorikeet, and all diva!
Bridget:
Bridget Verdant is a shy girl that Zoey literally runs into when going to school. She didn't have good friends before she met Zoey, and was afraid of her strange powers. Even though her animal that she's been infused with is a finless Porpoise, she can't swim! Her weapons are Combat Castonets and her attacks are Deep Sea Surge Attack, Tidal Wave Rush and Underwater Surge Attack. Bridget likes to read, and spends time in the library. Don't let that bookish exterior fool you though! She may be dainty and demure on the surface, but when it comes to battling alien life forms, this girl's no withering wallflower!
If you're looking for brains and beauty, loyalty and loveliness, look no further than Bridget!!! Bridget Verdant is part bookworm, part porpoise and one big sweetheart!
Kiki:
Kiki Benjamin is the youngest out of all the group, only in primary school. Even at such a young age, she still looks after all her brothers and her sister, single handedly. Kiki is a resourceful and earned money by doing all sort of unusual tricks. She can ride a ball, spin plates, and even breathe fire!
Being so young, Kiki is always a girl you can rely to cheer you up! She is very energetic, and is sometimes cheeky. At times she can also be quite rude, annoying, obnoxious, irratating (the list never ends!). Mosly, she has proven to be good-hearted and loyal to her friends.
She first met Zoey by doing tricks in the park and tried to get some money out of Zoey. Zoey is rude to her, until she finds out that Kiki is secretly an orphan. After, Zoey and Kiki kept bumping into each other. There, they encounter an attack and Kiki discovers her true powers.
Her DNA was infused with a Golden Lion Tamarin. Her weapon is a Golden Tambourine and her attack is Tambourine Trench.
Kiki works very hard to care for all her siblings needs. She cooks delicious meals for them, she washes their beds, she cleans their clothes, she picks them up from school, she helps them wth whatever they need doing. Zoey and the rest of the gang, see all the work she does for her siblings and take over when Kiki falls ill. It proves a difficult job as her brothers and sister are very stubborn and cheeky (just like Kiki...).
Kiki Benjamin: She may be small, she may be cheeky, but she can sure kick butt!

Renee:
Renee Roberts is a super famous mega star and one of the best models in Tokyo.

Bridget finds out that Renee is the last and final member of the Mew Mews. Korina admires Renee and wants to be just like her. She says that she is 'kind', 'caring', and 'considerate'. But Renee's T.V. personality is far from her real one. Renee is anti-social and doesn't want to join the Mew Mews. Korina, just gotten rejected by one of her favourite celebreties, is in shocking tears. Still, Renee doesn't join.
After they left, Dren (an evil cyclone always plotting against Zoey and the others) visits her. He tries to persuade her to join the cyclones but fails. He leaves Renee and captures Korina, Bridget, and Kiki and trap them to another dimension. There, they are in the middle of a violent sandstorm, and Bridget leaves her glasses back in the real world.
Desperate to save them, Zoey goes to Renee and asks her to help. Still refusing, Zoey is attacked by Dren. After Zoey had gotten worn out, she urged Renee to go while she still ahd the chance. Obediantly, she did. But she din't run away as Dren and Zoey had thought, she ventured into the unknown dimension. She gave Bridget her glasses and they were shot out of the dimension .
Everybody joined Zoey and tried to fight, but their efforts were no good. Renee decides that they should give their power to Zoey who would finish it once and for all. Doing so, Zoey did defeat the evil snake chimera Dren was posessing.
Renee decided to join the group. Her animal is a Grey Wolf, and her weapon is a Purple Dagger. Her attack is Purple Ribbon Attack.
Whether its beating a load of aliens, or buying a new pair of designer boots, Renee is the toughest teen Queen in the scene.

Manga: An Introduction

An Introduction to Manga
Hello readers!I am going to write many pages all about Manga!
Manga is Japanese for comics.

I love drawing, reading, and watching Manga. When you draw manga, you can do anything you want. You can change the thickness of their brow, give them a purple eye, or even make them have red hair, and it would be considered normal! When your read manga you really admire the drawings, (I always wish I could draw as well as the artists) their SO good. When you watch manga, called anime, it is very cool! There are many sound effects and the drawings are very detailed.

Rated: 3 STARS
Spoiler review:
It all starts when Ted's Aunt Gloria visits with her son, Salim. Salim is a half - Indian boy who loves buildings. He is particularly interested in an old Barracks building on the same street as Ted's house. The next day, Salim, Ted and his older sister Kat decide to take a ride on the London Eye. While waiting in the long que, a stranger approaches them with a ticket for the Eye, claiming that he is claustrophobic and cannot ride on the Eye. The trio accept the ticket and give it to Salim, as he has never ridden on the Eye before. Salim climbs into the Eye, waving at his cousins as the Eye ascends. Half an hour later, Salim's capsule lands. Kat and Ted look for Salim, but he is nowhere to be found. When Aunt Gloria and Ted's mother find out they are extremely angry.Kate and Ted examine Salim's camera and decide to have it developed in case the photographs hold clues. They soon find Marcus, a friend of Salims, who helped him escape. Marcus bought two tickets for the same capsule, using one for himself and convincing his brother to pose as a claustrophobic man who would give his ticket to Salim, pretending not to know him. Salim, who knew the plan, pretended not to know Marcus' brother and entered the same capsule as Marcus, who was dressed as a teenage girl. When the others in the capsule lined up for the souvenir photo, Salim and Marcus swapped outfits, however there was a coat jacket sleeve in one of the pictures and that was how Ted worked out that the girl who left the pod was in fact Salim now dressed as a female. Once they left the capsule, Salim and Marcus spent the day together and separated at Euston London Underground station, which was the last time Marcus saw Salim. Ted thinks that Salim is in the old Barracks building because he was so fascinated by it on the day he arrived. They find him locked in the Barracks building which was going to be demolished the following day. Hope this was useful!
